What is Domain Authority and Page Authority? What factors play a role in increasing DA PA

DA PA are the metrics developed by Moz that show how a website will rank in the SERP.

It's really a controversial topic that your guest post should link to your homepage or the article you want to rank.

To the point, if you want to do a business of link building then you will follow Moz and Majestic or Ahref. You just want to see an increase of DA PA TF CF of your domain regardless what Google sees.

If you want to increase Domain Authority (DA), you will get a backlink that will be pointing to your domain only. If you want to increase DA, you will try to get maximum backlinks that will point to your homepage.

Note:
If you are making back-links that are pointing to your homepage, then it also increases DA PA of the homepage. If you give a link to any of the inner articles on your blog, then it increases PA of the article as well as it also plays a role in increasing the DA.

You know Moz gives DA PA of every web page or URLs that exist on your domain. For example, I paste linktofacts.com, it shows DA 42, and PA 52.

Then I paste an article of Link To Facts that shows DA 42 (the same mentioned above) and PA only 1 (Lowest Value) As Seen In This Live Search Example.

What does it show?

As I told that people who do the job of link building they are just more concerned about increasing DA PA of their websites regardless what Google says.

How do they increase DA PA so rapidly? It's easy! If you have a website that has some DA PA, if you get a backlink from that site, you will get an increase in DA PA also. Because if that site has got some score, then why Moz algorithm will not increase for you.

If you read my previous articles i have expressed my feelings about stealing backlinks from your beloved competitors because, in the real world, enemy is an enemy, but in the SEO world, your enemy is your best friend because you can track for many keywords he is ranking via SEMRUSH, you can track where he is making backlinks via Ahref, you can track the difficult of its keyword via Moz.

If you want to do the real business, you will look for the Google-loving factors. You will try to be in the authentic game. You will never try to get as many backlinks as possible.

People who do link building business to earn more money they focus on quantity backlinks; the real ones focus on quality backlinks.

What is the biggest problem with Moz?

That is that you will see a lot of websites that has no or low DA PA, but are ranking very well. Install Moz Extension on Google Chrome, search for any keyword, you will see the fact.

Why the hell we use it then?

I say Moz is great only if you're using for an idea. Because Moz has no advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technology that can check the real worth of a website. Google sees 200+ factors with its advanced system whereas Moz has only 200 million URL and Google had 12 trillion in 2012.

It's a purpose that if a person is giving you 1000 backlinks for Rs.100, Or 1000 Backlinks on $5 etc etc. Must deny such offers or your website will get deindexed. Remember simple rule to always depend upon the quality, not the quantity.
